We have a mystery reviewer that checks out restaurants at the lake.  We don’t know where he may show up, we just know that he’ll give you some candid insights into places to eat.  You might read about pluses and minuses, but his goal is not to tell you places that are bad, but places that offer good food, good atmosphere, and good value.

The Duck Restaurant

The Duck Restaurant is the best place at the lake to experience a beautiful sunset, fine wine, and fabulous food. Sit inside in air conditioned comfort, or relax on the covered deck overlooking the water. Take a break from burgers and brats and enjoy fine dining, great service and relaxing atmosphere at The Duck.  Located at the point of Cherokee Road off HH or the 4MM by water.

The Fish & Company

By water, head to the 31MM, turn down the Linn Creek Arm and stay right to find this fun and friendly waterfront establishment.  Sit on bar stools under the elevated and covered veranda, or gather at the picnic tables on the spacious patio and listen to some great music.  Try the BLT pizza (yes, you heard that right), a Grouper Reuben sandwich, (no corned beef or sourkraut here) or a fresh grilled Chicken and Walnut salad.  So if you're out on the water this weekend, stop by The Fish & Co. and have some fun!
